Sport Psychology and Performance Counseling Educational Opportunities

Are you ready to change your athletic performance? Do you want your brain, body and emotions to work with you, not against you, in moments of practice and competition? Take the first step here!

Connected Growth & Wellness is teaming up with Leesa Massman Coaching to offer a variety of solutions to meet the needs of young athletes and adult athletes, across the United States.

Please find our 2025-2026 offerings in the section below. First up: August 2025. We’d love to have you join us!

Are you ready for regionals and nationals?

Back by request after a great experience last year, Connected Growth & Wellness is offering workshops to help riders grow in the performance knowledge and mental strategies they can apply to help themselves thrive in the show ring. This is a great opportunity for IHSA, IEA, Arabian, Saddlebred, Sport Horse and other circuit riders in particular, as it is timed well (before their largest shows) to add to the ingredients they have available to use in their recipes for success. Our approach is one that helps support existing coaching, training and instructing they are receiving, by helping riders grow in self-awareness as well as learn to work with their bodies, thoughts and emotions instead of against them. Riders learn helpful questions to ask their coaches, strategies to be a good student, and ways to exercise the resilience (and therefore increase it) in their brains for when they need it.
